환불 정책

1)Your order will be fully refunded if it`s cancelled within 20 hours of purchase. Please contact hi@kosbling.com if you decide to cancel the order. - For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 25% cancellation fee is applied. - We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.

- Once canceled, we will issue you the refund back to your original payment within 1 week.

2) We don't accept return applications but we can accept the refund or coupon compensation if the product destory or missed ,damaged, etc .

3) Purchases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

- Final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

- We may ask you for necessary proof/pictures of showing the problem/defect via email after contacting our customer service team.

4) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. You are responsible for the return cost. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5) Please do not send your returns to the address shown on the package label. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will email you with the correct instructions. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

6)If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds before shipment. The exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your received packages for a refund and then place a new order.
