Once an order is shipped or the box is opened during a live stream, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, we offer the following compensation policies if any issues arise:

Doll Authenticity: Each doll comes with a certificate card provided by the IP holder. Additionally, you can join our doll community on the Facebook group "Kosbling Family" and contact administrators Bruce or Miki for authenticity verification.If you discover that a doll in our set is not genuine, we will 100% replace it with an authentic doll and provide you with a coupon of equal value.
