All kosbling box are all handmade by kosbling team with heart and won't repackage the second time, we won't refund after we open the handmade box , plz understand us before you order.
Also we couldn't support the return goods cause the logistic problem but you can email us(hi@kosbling.com) the problem related with mistake package , product damage ,we can provide the compensation for you.
