Kosbling Doll refund&Authenticity&Exchange policy

All individual doll sets and doll-related handcraft series sold by Kosbling are procured through authorized DOLL IP studios or licensed retail channels. Once an order is shipped or the box is opened during a live stream, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, we offer the following compensation policies if any issues arise:

1. Doll Authenticity: Each doll comes with a certificate card provided by the IP holder. Additionally, you can join our doll community on the Facebook group "Kosbling Family" and contact administrators Bruce or Miki for authenticity verification.If you discover that a doll in our set is not genuine, we will 100% replace it with an authentic doll or provide you with a coupon of equal value. Rest assured of your purchase.
2. Doll Exchange: If you receive a doll you do not like, you can trade it with other doll and craft enthusiasts in our Doll&craft Exchange group in kosbling family
3. Product Quality Issues: For minor issues such as color fading or small imperfections, we offer coupon compensation. For significant damage occurring during shipping, we can arrange a replacement. Please email us at hi@kosbling.com for assistance.
